A megalomaniac if there ever was one, this dude is one sick, twisted jerk! To the party, he is actually Lathiari, though
he is actually just using that name to scare of any would-be heroes until his power has reached its peak. Telling more than
this would ruin much of the mystery, so you'll just have to wait for the party to find out everything on their own.
Update:
The party (only Warren, really) now knows that he is actually not Lathiari, and that he has plans of stealing godhood.
His biggest act of evilness so far was the razing of Kasucha, a completely unexpected event for the players (they metagamed
that if I mapped a town as detailed as Kasucha, it would stick around). Silly adventurers, assaulting somebody as crazy scary
as him, and expecting your base-town NOT to be destoryed, shame on you!
